Digital delivery
Effective 6 September 2026
No physical shipping
This product is entirely digital. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping charge applies.
When files become available
After Razorpay confirms capture and the site verifies your payment, a Download button provides the ZIP file in the same browser. Bank authorisation alone does not release the files. If capture is delayed, select Check payment rather than paying again.
Keep your download
Save the ZIP and extracted files after purchase. A necessary purchase-recovery cookie supports access in the same browser for 190 days. Clearing browser cookies or switching devices can remove automatic recovery. The product ZIP is not emailed. A Razorpay payment receipt is separate from your kit download. Use the same receipt email if Razorpay asks for it at checkout.
Download help
If payment succeeds but you cannot download, contact support@plugpier.com with the payment reference. We will investigate delivery problems under our Cancellation & refunds policy.
