Information processed
At checkout we collect your email address and send it securely to Razorpay as the payment link customer email for your payment record and receipt. Locally we retain a keyed digest of that email to safely reuse matching unpaid links; the address itself is not stored for receipt-only checkout. If you separately opt in to checkout reminders, we retain the address encrypted for the reminder sequence. Razorpay may ask you to enter your email again on its checkout. The site stores payment order and payment references, quoted amount, verification status, a hash of a random browser purchase token and its expiry. Razorpay processes payment details; this site does not store card numbers, security codes or bank passwords. Information you email to support is used to handle your request.
Why we process it
Receipt-only email is used for payment records and receipts. An optional, unchecked consent box separately authorises up to four checkout reminders over 30 days. We record the consent time and wording version, quote, send status and a keyed recipient digest; receipt-only and historical buyers are not automatically enrolled. Unsubscribe stops the remaining sequence. These records allow us to verify payment, deliver files, recover a purchase, resolve support requests and investigate payment errors or abuse. Hosting and payment providers may process technical request information to operate and secure their services.
Cookies
A necessary HttpOnly purchase cookie lasts 190 days. A signed HttpOnly campaign-offer cookie lasts seven days after an eligible Meta campaign-link visit and preserves the ₹799 price on return visits. Other visitors pay ₹999. It is used to remember the requested offer, separately from optional advertising measurement. Clearing cookies or changing browsers removes this recognition. Your optional measurement choice is remembered locally for 90 days. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics uses first-party analytics cookies for up to 90 days to distinguish browsers and measure visits. You can decline or withdraw through Privacy preferences. The free checklist requires no email address.
Providers and sharing
Hostinger hosts the website and files. Razorpay processes payment transactions under its own privacy policy. Information is shared where needed to provide these services, respond to lawful requests or protect legal rights. With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, page views and traffic sources. The Google tag is not loaded until you allow analytics. We send a restricted page address and source labels, not payment references, email addresses, names, form contents or user IDs. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled. Google may process browser/device and network information to provide analytics. If you separately allow advertising measurement, the Meta pixel measures page visits and server-verified purchases (product, amount, INR currency and an opaque event identifier). Meta receives browser/device, page-address and network information and may associate it with its services to measure and improve Facebook and Instagram advertising. The Meta tag stays off for No thanks and Analytics only. No names, email addresses, card data or raw payment references are supplied through advanced matching, which is disabled. Meta may use _fbp and _fbc cookies, typically for up to 90 days. Withdraw permission through Privacy preferences; withdrawal stops future measurement and removes these first-party cookies, but does not erase data already received by providers. Purchase event identifiers are stored locally to prevent repeat reporting. The optional checkout-reminder sequence uses Brevo marketing automation from support@plugpier.com. For opted-in reminders only, Brevo receives your email address, the reminder content, quoted price and scoped recovery/unsubscribe links. It processes contact, event and delivery records under its own privacy policy. We check payment status before each reminder and stop on payment or unsubscribe. We do not run a general newsletter, and do not email the product ZIP.
Retention and requests
Locally encrypted reminder addresses are removed when the sequence completes, is suppressed, or reaches 30 days. Brevo may retain contact, event and delivery records under its service retention rules; contact support@plugpier.com for an erasure request. A keyed suppression digest and minimal consent/send history remain to prevent repeat enrolment and honour unsubscribe requests. Reminder links contain only scoped signed tokens, no email addresses, and their pages load no analytics. New opted-in ₹799 leads receive a fixed 30-day quoted offer; returning or clicking an ad does not restart it. Earlier no-expiry links retain their terms. Browser purchase recovery lasts 190 days and is renewed when an active checkout is revisited; this does not mean transaction records are automatically deleted at that time. Transaction records may need to be retained for support, disputes and applicable accounting obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information, subject to necessary legal retention.
Security
Access to the paid kit is checked on the server. Payment secrets and purchase records are kept outside the public web folder. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not email sensitive payment credentials.
