Who we are
First Client Ready is a digital product offered by PlugPier. These terms apply to purchases from fcr.plugpier.com. Contact support@plugpier.com for product or purchase questions.
What you receive
The kit contains seven editable DOCX documents, an XLSX workbook and a PDF reading edition. It provides onboarding templates, a fictional worked example and written guidance. It does not include coaching, client leads, legal contracts or a promise of income or sales. Review the preview and file descriptions before ordering.
Price and payment
The website price is ₹999 INR. Visitors following an eligible First Client Ready Meta campaign link receive the ₹799 INR campaign price, saved in that browser for seven days, including direct return visits. Campaign links can be shared; they do not verify a visitor’s Facebook identity. Clearing cookies or changing browsers removes automatic offer recognition. Check the total shown by Razorpay before paying. Prices include all applicable taxes, with no additional tax at checkout. Domestic INR payments are currently supported. New payment links are created without an expiry setting; Razorpay currently reports No Expiry for these links. Payment availability remains subject to the payment provider. Existing active checkout links keep their quoted amount even if campaign eligibility changes. Reopening checkout reuses a quote matching your current eligible price, or creates another without cancelling your earlier link. Either completed purchase remains recoverable in this browser. After a link expires or is cancelled, Buy Now creates a fresh link using current campaign eligibility. Completed payments are never repriced.
Licence and permitted use
Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to edit and reuse the templates for your own business and client work. You may share completed client-facing documents with the relevant client. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or sublicense the blank kit, reading edition or worked example as a competing template product. Ownership of the original materials remains with the seller.
Your responsibilities
Use software capable of opening DOCX, XLSX and PDF files. Review and adapt all template text, dates, permissions and calculations before use. Do not include unnecessary sensitive client information. You are responsible for your client agreements and business decisions.
Delivery and refunds
Delivery begins after payment capture and verification. Our Digital delivery policy and Cancellation & refunds policy explain file access and exceptions to final sales. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
Updates apply prospectively. Completed purchases are not repriced. Contact support for questions or a copy of the terms applicable to your purchase.
