For Maya Chen at Juniper Studio
Prepared by Alex Rivera · fictional example

01 Welcome

Hi Maya, I’m looking forward to helping you organise Juniper Studio’s enquiries. This guide keeps our first week’s priorities, decisions and working links in one place.

02 Our first week

We’ll use the 5-hour first-week allocation to organise enquiries, draft three replies and prepare scheduling instructions. You’ll approve work before it is used externally.

05 Your next steps

Complete the questionnaire. Invite me using delegated inbox access and the client folder’s sharing controls. Confirm our 7 September, 09:00 UTC kickoff. Do not email passwords.

USE IT AFTER WEEK ONE, TOO

A routine for the work
that keeps coming.

Start with one clear task

Choose an agreed, unblocked deliverable. Use the guide’s inbox, scheduling and document examples to define what Done means.

Handle the new request

Compare its estimate with the remaining hours. Use the scope-change email to agree a smaller deliverable, more time or a later date.

Close and reset the week

Report results and blockers, save the week’s record, then carry agreed unfinished work into a fresh tracker without counting hours twice.

Includes an optional anonymised AI drafting prompt and a verification checklist. No AI subscription required.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Could I make these templates myself?Details

Yes. Free templates and AI can help you write individual documents. This kit gives you a prepared sequence, matching blank files and one completed client example, so you can see how priorities, hours, blockers and emails connect. Preview that example before deciding whether the structure is worth the price to you.

Do I need Canva or an AI subscription?Details

No. The editable files are DOCX and XLSX, with a PDF reading edition. The guide includes an optional AI prompt, but the workflow works without AI. These are downloadable files, not a Canva template library or an automated client portal.

Can I use this for more than one client?Details

Yes. Adapt and reuse the templates in your own freelance business. You may share completed client-facing documents with clients. You may not resell or redistribute the blank kit or example as a template product.

Do I need special software?Details

You need software that opens DOCX and XLSX files, such as Word and Excel, or Google Docs and Sheets through file import. No software subscription is included. Formatting may vary between apps.

Is this a course or a contract pack?Details

Neither. It is a practical onboarding workflow with editable documents, a tracker and a written walkthrough. It does not include legal agreements or promise income or client retention.

How do I receive the files?Details

After a verified payment, the checkout panel displays a download button. Keep your ZIP in a safe place. Returning in the same browser can restore access for 30 days; clearing browser data removes that recovery session.
